 The Milk House

We use a 300 gallon milk tank to cool our milk and keep it fresh until it's time to ship it.

We ship our milk every three days to a cheese plant in Interlaken, NY. 

 

Here is our parlor. We milk twelve does at a time, with two milking units. Currently we are milking between 60-80 goats.

It takes 2 1/2 hours to milk.
